Shipping and Returns

Shirts 4 Jerks will accept returns of new and unused items only. Any shirt which has been worn or washed will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Defects include improperly sewn or cut items, severe discolorations, cut or damaged cloth, and gross printing errors which spoil the graphic design. Defects do not include minor variations in printing from one shirt to the next or minor variations in size or base shirt color. Shirts 4 Jerks will replace any defective t-shirt with a t-shirt of the same design and size, with Shirts 4 Jerks paying for shipping to the customer. If a suitable replacement is not available, Shirts 4 Jerks, at its sole discretion, may offer the customer an alternate design or a full refund by company check.

The customer must call or e-mail Shirts 4 Jerks to obtain a return prior to returning an item. The customer must make arrangements for return of the t-shirt within two weeks of its receipt. Any non-defective t-shirts must be returned with shipping prepaid. Packages sent freight collect will be refused.
